The Opportunity

You’ll be at the forefront of building and deepening relationships with developers, investors, introducers, and other property professionals. Working consultatively, you’ll craft tailored funding solutions across:

  • Bridging Finance

  • Buy-to-Let & Portfolio Lending

  • Commercial Mortgages

  • Refurbishment & Conversion Loans

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering exceptional client service from first conversation to completion

  • Building a strong pipeline through introducer networks, agents, and developers

  • Structuring and presenting bespoke property finance proposals

  • Hitting agreed KPIs and contributing to ambitious business-wide growth

  • Staying ahead of market trends, lender criteria, and regulatory changes

  • Becoming an expert in our processes and extensive lender panel

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience within property finance brokerage, with a solid understanding of products such as bridging loans, development finance, and buy-to-let mortgages

  • Strong communication — written, verbal, and interpersonal

  • Real ambition and a drive to excel

  • A proactive, consultative approach to relationship building and sales

  • Confidence handling multiple complex cases at once

  • Solid organisational skills and strong attention to detail

  • CRM proficiency (ideal but not essential)

  • Full UK driving licence
